Is there a contract or commitment?
No. You pay for 12 months upfront (or spread it monthly on the £99-down plan), and at the end you choose whether to continue. There's no rolling lock-in. Hardware is yours from day one.
What if I want to add a second vehicle?
You order a second device and we add it to your existing account at the same per-vehicle price as your current plan. Both vehicles appear in one app, one portal, one invoice. No setup fee.
How does the monthly price work after year one?
After your first year, monitoring rolls onto a month-to-month basis at the recurring rate shown on the plan card. We email you 30 days before — you can cancel, change plan, or just let it continue.
Do you offer business or fleet discounts?
Yes. For 5+ vehicles we offer per-vehicle volume pricing plus a dedicated fleet portal. Call or email us with the size of your fleet and we'll send a tailored quote, usually within one working day.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payments — Visa, Mastercard and American Express — plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Everything is processed on a secure page hosted by Stripe or PayPal; we never see or store your full card number. For business accounts we can also invoice on 14-day terms once we've verified the company.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Card details are entered directly on Stripe's or PayPal's PCI-DSS Level 1 certified checkout — the same infrastructure used by millions of businesses worldwide. Your card number never touches our servers.
